Built on 20 years of growing, and a clear read on what the data layer is missing.

Capital Agritech Holdings was founded by Antwon Robinson to build and commercialize IP that solves the operational and compliance problems CEA operators face repeatedly — starting with environmental intelligence.

Antwon Robinson, Founder

Antwon Robinson brings 20 years of controlled-environment agriculture experience — produce cultivation — to the problems Capital Agritech Holdings is built to solve. That background is not incidental to the product. It is the reason the company is building from direct operator engagement rather than from a market report.

Capital Agritech Holdings was founded on a specific thesis: the operational knowledge that makes a CEA facility run well — how environments are monitored, how anomalies are identified, how resources are optimized — can be codified, productized, and commercialized as scalable IP. Agri Climate™ is the first application of that thesis.

What we are building and how.

Capital Agritech Holdings is an IP-first agricultural technology company. We do not operate farms. We do not manufacture sensors. We identify problems CEA operators face repeatedly, build rigorous solutions through structured operator engagement, prove those solutions in paid pilots, and develop the resulting IP into defensible, commercializable assets.

Our current focus is Agri Climate™ — an environmental intelligence platform for CEA facilities. We are in the discovery phase, conducting structured interviews with operators across cannabis and produce verticals before locking the product roadmap and moving into first pilots.

We are currently standardizing metrics across multi-zone facilities to eliminate the variance that plagues CEA production today. By bridging physics and data, we enable operators to scale with predictability.

Why this company exists.

CEA operators are running increasingly complex, capital-intensive facilities with data infrastructure that was not designed for what those facilities need. Environmental monitoring is fragmented. Compliance documentation is manual. Operational knowledge is concentrated in individuals rather than systems.

Capital Agritech Holdings exists to close that gap — to build the data infrastructure layer that makes CEA facilities more consistent, more auditable, and more scalable. We do it through IP development grounded in direct operator engagement, not assumptions about what the market needs.
